《遊戲許可及服務協議》

【前言】歡迎使用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED（下列簡稱為“HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED”）提供的遊戲服務。本《條款》是由用戶與HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED的遊戲產品及服務所訂立的協定。

【重要須知】

一、用戶在使用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED提供的HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲及相關服務之前，請仔細閱讀本《用戶協議》（下文亦稱為“本協定”）中各條款。HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED特別提醒用戶認真閱讀本協定的全部條款，特別是其中免除或者限制HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED責任的條款、限制用戶權利的條款、法律適用和爭議解决條款，這些條款應在中國法律所允許的範圍內最大程度地適用，該類條款通常用加粗字體標示。

二、如用戶不同意本協定的任何條款，則不得注册、使用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務。用戶一旦點擊“接受”（或其他具有同樣含義的詞，如“同意”等）並注册為HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務用戶，或者開始使用及/或繼續使用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務，即視為用戶同意並已經接受本協定中全部條款。

三、用戶有權在接受HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務期間，監督其工作人員是否按照所公佈的標準向用戶提供服務，也可以隨時向HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED的產品和服務有關的意見和建議。

四、如果用戶未滿18周歲的，請在監護人的陪同下閱讀本協定，並在取得監護人對用戶使用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED提供的服務、向HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED支付費用的行為，以及對本協定全部條款的同意之後，方可使用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED提供的HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務。

五、本協定的訂立、履行、解釋及爭議的解决均適用中華人民共和國法律並排除其他一切衝突法的適用。本協定訂立於福州市倉山區。
如雙方就本協定的內容或其執行發生任何爭議（包括但不限於契约或者其他財產性權益糾紛），HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED希望通過友好協商解决與您的爭議；協商不成時，雙方同意交由福州市倉山區人民法院管轄並處理。

第一條說明
HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲包含各類遊戲，其中某些遊戲含有對戰區域，在對戰區域裏，用戶與用戶之間可以自由對戰，如果您選擇同意本《條款》，則視為您同意各遊戲對戰區域中的所有自由對戰行為，並同意遵守自由對戰的遊戲規則。
本用戶條款的目的是規範遊戲用戶註冊、使用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED、參與HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲等各項行為。
用戶應當根據本《條款》以及HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED不時更新和公佈的其他規則使用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED提供的產品和服務。

第二條帳戶條款
1、帳號注册
用戶承諾以其真實身份注册HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED帳號或HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED認可的其他合作方帳號，並以該等帳號（下亦稱“用戶帳號”）接受HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務。
用戶同意，以用戶提供的真實準確的個人資料作為認定用戶與用戶帳號的關聯性以及用戶身份的唯一證據。
2、用戶帳號使用與保管
（1）HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED應積極地採取科技與管理等合理措施保障用戶帳號的安全、有效，同時，您也有義務妥善保管用戶帳號及密碼，並正確、安全地使用其用戶帳號及密碼。
（2）您對所持用戶帳號產生的行為依法享有權利和承擔責任。
（3）一旦發現用戶帳號或密碼被他人非法使用或有使用异常的情况的，您應及時根據帳號服務提供方公佈的處理管道進行處理，並有權及時通知HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED採取措施暫停該用戶帳號的登入和使用。
（4）HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED根據用戶的通知採取措施暫停用戶帳號的登入和使用的，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED應當要求用戶提供並核實與其注册身份資訊相一致的個人有效身份資訊或證明。
（5）HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED核實用戶所提供的個人有效身份資訊或證明與所注册的身份資訊相一致的，應當及時採取措施暫停用戶帳號的登入和使用。
（6）HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED違反前項（5）的約定，未及時採取措施暫停用戶帳號的登入和使用，囙此而給用戶造成損失的，應當承擔相應的法律責任。
因用戶沒有提供其個人有效身份證件或者用戶提供的個人有效身份證件與所注册的身份資訊不一致的，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED有權拒絕用戶上述請求。
（7）用戶為了維護其合法權益，向HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED提供與所注册的身份資訊相一致的個人有效身份資訊或證明時，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED應當依法為用戶提供帳號注册人證明、原始注册資訊、帳號充值消費信息等必要的協助和支持，並根據需要向有關行政機關和司法機關提供相關證據資訊資料。

第三條費用條款
1、購買和支付
（1）HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務提供的產品或其服務交易完成後，如某產品或服務在用戶獲得之前成為不可提供的產品或服務（包括用戶素材涉及侵權等）的，則HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED會向您退款。
如某產品或服務有可能出現降價或促銷的情况，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED不提供價格保護或退款。
（2）用戶購買HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲軟體或HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務使用的支付方式由協力廠商提供，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED對支付過程中可能存在的延遲、錯誤等問題不承擔責任。
如果由於科技問題等原因造成用戶購買不成功或購買的產品/服務無法使用，則HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED會向您退還已支付的款項。
2、資費標準
HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED有權决定HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲軟體及HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED的服務收費方式和資費標準，且HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED有權根據需要對資費政策隨時進行調整。
具體收費方式、資費標準，包括但不限於HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲軟體的收費標準、遊戲素材的使用權以及增值服務（如有）的具體收費標準等，均由HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED官方網站（https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mcqy.hkgame）或其他軟體發佈通路、遊戲內道具商城、道具購買介面等遊戲模塊上，以行業通用的形式頒佈，用戶應在選擇前仔細閱讀。
3、增值服務代用幣
（1）HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED有權根據需要，在HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務中設立、添加、修改增值服務並發行增值服務代用幣，增值服務代用幣用於購買相關遊戲素材使用權或者接受相關增值服務。
（2）某些遊戲素材或增值服務具有有效使用期限限制、或者使用次數限制，請用戶在該使用限制之內使用，超過使用限制則無法繼續使用。
（3）HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED保存增值服務代用幣的充值記錄，保存期限為自用戶充值之日起180日。
4、虛擬物品
遊戲虛擬物品（或簡稱“虛擬物品”）包括但不限於遊戲角色、資源、道具（包括但不限於遊戲中的武器、坐騎、寵物、裝備等）等，其所有權歸HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED或其關聯，用戶只能在合乎法律規定的情况下，根據遊戲規則進行使用。

第四條用戶資訊的保護
1、HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED要求用戶提供與其個人身份有關的資訊資料時，應當事先以明確而易見的管道向用戶公開其隱私權保護政策和個人資訊利用政策，並採取必要措施保護用戶的個人資訊資料的安全。
2、未經用戶許可HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲不得向任何協力廠商提供、公開或共亯用戶註冊資料中的姓名、個人有效身份證件號碼、聯繫方式、家庭住址等個人身份資訊，但下列情况除外：
（1）用戶或用戶監護人授權HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED披露的；
（2）有關法律要求HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED披露的；
（3）司法機關或行政機關基於法定程式要求HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED提供的；
（4）HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED為了維護自己合法權益而向用戶提起訴訟或者仲裁時；
（5）應用戶監護人的合法要求而提供用戶個人身份資訊時。
為保障用戶的隱私權、規範對用戶個人資訊的利用，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED製定了《隱私權政策》，請用戶詳細閱讀該政策的內容。
3、HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED對本條款下所提供的服務將盡力維護其安全性及方便性，但對服務中出現的資訊（包括但不限於用戶發佈的資訊）删除或儲存失敗不承擔任何責任。
另外我們保留判定用戶的行為是否符合本服務條款的要求的權利，如果用戶違背了本服務條款的規定，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED有權中斷依據本條款對用戶提供的服務。

第五條HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務使用限制
1、除非本協定另有約定，否則，未經HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED事先書面同意，用戶不得實施下列行為（無論是營利的還是非營利的）：
（1）複製、翻拷、反編譯、反彙編、傳播、陳列和任何管道的修改HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲或HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED的服務程式、使用手册和其它圖文音像資料的全部或部分內容，或對HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲或HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED的服務任何功能或程式進行反向工程。
（2）公開展示和播放HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲/HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務的全部或部分內容。
（3）出租、銷售HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲/HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務或者利用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲/HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務從事任何營利行為。
（4）修改或遮蓋HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲/HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務程式、影像、動畫、包裝和手册等內容上的服務名稱、標誌、商標（或）版權資訊、其他知識產權聲明等內容。
（5）其它違反商標法、著作權法、電腦軟體保護條例和相關法律法規、國際條約的行為。
2、用戶應當自行承擔其利用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務所發佈的資訊內容所涉及的責任。特別地，用戶不得利用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務發佈下列內容：
（1）反對中華人民共和國憲法所確定的基本原則的；
（2）危害國家安全，洩露國家秘密，顛覆國家政權，破壞國家統一的；
（3）損害國家榮譽和利益的；
（4）煽動民族仇恨、民族歧視，破壞民族團結的；
（5）破壞國家宗教政策，宣揚邪教和封建迷信的；
（6）散佈謠言，擾亂社會秩序，破壞社會穩定的；
（7）散佈、教唆、參與、實施淫穢、色情、賭博、暴力、兇殺、恐怖的；
（8）侮辱或者誹謗他人，侵害他人合法權益的；
（9）發佈任何經HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED合理判斷為不妥當或者HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED未認可的軟件、檔案等在內的主頁地址或者連結的；
（10）有中華人民共和國法律、行政法規禁止的其他內容的。
3、用戶不得通過不正當的手段或其他不公平的手段使用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲、HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務或參與HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲活動：
（1）用戶不得干擾HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED正常地提供軟件和服務，惡意破壞服務設施、擾亂正常服務秩序，包括但不限於：攻擊、侵入HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED的服務器或使服務器超載；
（2）用戶不得利用程式的漏洞和錯誤（Bug）破壞遊戲的正常進行、傳播該漏洞或錯誤（Bug）、不正當獲利或達到其他個人目的；
（3）用戶不得通過异常或者非法的管道登入、使用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲，獲取HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務；
（4）製作、宣揚、教唆使用、使用妨礙遊戲公平性的輔助工具或程式（如外掛）、私服以及木馬的相關內容的；
（5）盜取他人遊戲帳號、遊戲物品，或雖未主動參與盜取，但獲得的帳號、物品是他人通過盜取所得；
（6）通過虛假承諾、虛構事實、隱瞞真相、故意誤導、冒充他人、故意混淆等管道，擾亂遊戲秩序，或從他人或遊戲系統處騙取的遊戲虛擬物品、其他財物、利益、遊戲優勢，或雖未主動參與欺詐，但獲得的財物是他人通過欺詐所得；
（7）文宣或進行線下交易：用戶只可在遊戲內或者通過HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED認可的交易平臺（如有）進行遊戲虛擬物品交易。用戶不得在任何非HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED事先認可的充值平臺或交易平臺進行充值或進行交易；
（8）其他在行業內被廣泛認可的不當行為。
4、用戶理解並同意，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED向用戶提供HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲服務，是為了讓用戶體驗豐富多彩的遊戲內容，而非利用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲服務賺取現實世界的金錢或牟取經濟利益。
而用戶不以體驗遊戲內容為目的，在遊戲中主要進行交易和牟利的行為，會破壞遊戲內經濟系統的公平性或平衡性，從而對其他用戶的遊戲體驗、遊戲本身造成不利影響。
囙此，用戶承諾不以營利為目的從事遊戲行為或交易虛擬物品，任何以營利為目的從事遊戲行為或交易虛擬物品的情形將被視為牟取不正當利益。
5、為了確保用戶遵守上述1-4條HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務使用限制，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED有權審查您對HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲或HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務的使用情况，以及採取HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED根據其自行判斷認為的適當行為（包括但不限於警告、倒扣數值、凍結或回收遊戲虛擬物品、移除用戶提供的遊戲素材、限制用戶許可權、暫時或永久凍結玩法、強制離線、封禁用戶帳號、刪除檔案等等）。
6、您知悉並同意，出現以下情形之一的，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED有權將您的遊戲帳號納入相應的防沉迷系統，採取相應的防沉迷措施：
（1）系統判斷您未滿18周歲的；或
（2）您提交的實名身份資訊不規範的；或
（3）您實名驗證未通過的；或
（4）遊客模式登入的；或
（5）其他國家法律法規政策要求或福州工業區HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED網絡科技有限有合理理由認為需要納入防沉迷系統的情形的。
另外，為了進一步提高實名認證的精准度，最大限度防止未成年人冒用他人身份資訊，我們可能在部分遊戲或針對部分用戶啟用人臉識別驗證。
如HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED要求您進行人臉識別驗證，而您未通過或拒絕的，我們也會將您的遊戲帳號納入相應的防沉迷系統，採取相應的防沉迷措施。
對納入相應防沉迷系統的遊戲帳號，我們有權依據國家有關法律法規及政策規定、本協定其他條款規定、HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED運營策略或根據您法定監護人的合理要求採取以下一種或多種措施：
（1）將與您遊戲相關的資訊（包括但不限於您遊戲帳號的登入資訊、充值流水資訊等）提供給您的法定監護人，使得您法定監護人可及時或同步瞭解您遊戲情况；
（2）限制您遊戲帳號的消費額度；
（3）採取科技措施遮罩某些遊戲或遊戲的某些功能，或限定您遊戲時間或遊戲時長；
（4）註銷或删除您遊戲帳號及遊戲數據等相關資訊；
（5）您法定監護人要求採取的，或HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED認為可採取的其他合理措施，以限制或禁止您使用HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲；
（6）國家法律法規或政策要求的相關措施。

第六條服務的中斷、中止與終止
1、對使用者服務的中止與終止
⑴用戶有發佈違法資訊、嚴重違背社會公德、以及其他違反法律禁止性規定的行為，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED應當立即終止對用戶提供服務。
⑵用戶在接受HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED服務時實施不正當行為的，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED有權終止對用戶提供服務。
該不正當行為的具體情形應當在本《條款》中有明確約定或屬於HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED事先明確告知的應被終止服務的禁止性行為，否則，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED不得終止對用戶提供服務。
⑶用戶提供虛假注册身份資訊，或實施違反本協定的行為，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED有權中止對用戶提供全部或部分服務。
HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED採取中止措施應當通知用戶並告知中止期間，中止期間應該是合理的，中止期間屆滿HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED應當及時恢復對用戶的服務。
HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED根據本款⑵、⑶、⑷項的約定中止或終止對用戶提供部分或全部服務的，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED應負舉證責任。
2、對HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED遊戲網站及服務器運營的中斷、中止與終止
⑴為了遊戲網站和服務器的正常運行，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED需要定期對遊戲網站和服務器進行停機維護或針對突發事件進行緊急停機維護；
因上述情况而造成的正常服務中斷、中止，用戶應該予以理解，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED則有義務盡力避免服務中斷並將中斷時間限制在最短時間內。
發生下列情形之一時，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED有權終止或中斷遊戲服務器所提供之全部或部分服務，對囙此而產生的不便或損害，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED對用戶或第三人均不承擔任何責任：
①期檢查或施工，更新軟硬體等，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED有權暫停服務，但HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED會儘快完成維護、更新工作；
②服務器遭受損害，無法正常運作；
③突發性的軟硬體設備與電子通信設備故障；
④網絡提供商線路或其他故障；
⑤在緊急情况之下依照法律的規定或為用戶及第三者之人身安全；
⑥協力廠商原因或其他不可抗力的情形。
因上述情况而造成的正常服務中斷、中止，用戶予以理解和同意，HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED將盡力將中斷時間限制在最短時間內。
⑵HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED保留在其認為有必要的情况下終止或部分終止運營HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED上某款遊戲的權利，終止前將提前60天予以公告。
不管由於任何原因終止運營，用戶應採取相應的措施自行處理遊戲虛擬物品，包括但不限於註銷或停止使用遊戲帳號、遊戲內虛擬道具等相關事宜。
用戶不得因終止運營而要求HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED承擔除用戶已經購買但尚未使用的遊戲虛擬貨幣外任何形式的賠償或補償責任，包括但不限於因不再能繼續使用遊戲帳號、遊戲內虛擬物品等而要求的賠償。

第七條免責及責任限制條款

These Terms are an agreement between the user and HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED's game products and services.

Article 1 Explanation

HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED games include various types of games, some of which have battle zones where users can freely engage in battles with each other. If you choose to agree to these Terms, it is deemed that you agree to all free battle behaviors in each game battle zone and agree to abide by the game rules of free battle.

The purpose of these user terms is to regulate the registration, use, and participation of game users in HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED games.

Users shall use the products and services provided by HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED in accordance with these Terms and other rules updated and published by HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED from time to time.

Article 2 Account Terms

1. Account registration

The user promises to register a HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED account or other partner account recognized by HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED with their real identity, and accept HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED services with such account (hereinafter referred to as the "user account").

The user agrees that the true and accurate personal information provided by the user shall be the sole evidence for determining the association between the user and the user account, as well as the user's identity.

2. User account usage and storage

(6) If HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph (5) by failing to take timely measures to suspend the login and use of user accounts, resulting in losses to users, it shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

(1) Users shall not interfere with HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED's normal provision of software and services, maliciously damage service facilities, disrupt normal service order, including but not limited to: attacking, infiltrating HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED's servers, or overloading servers;

(2) Users are not allowed to exploit vulnerabilities and bugs in the program to disrupt the normal progress of the game, spread such vulnerabilities or bugs, illegally profit, or achieve other personal goals;

(3) Users are not allowed to log in or use HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED games through abnormal or illegal channels to obtain HONG KONG LITTLE ELEPHANT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED services;

(4) Creating, promoting, inciting the use of auxiliary tools or programs (such as cheats), private servers, and related content of trojans that hinder game fairness;

(5) Stealing someone else's game account or game items, or obtaining accounts or items through theft without actively participating in the theft;

Article 6 Interruption, Suspension and Termination of Services
